A bit about lessons: I grew up playing music in bands and choirs and have now completed my Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. Throughout my undergrad, I have studied classical/operatic voice, musical theatre, and jazz. My goals in teaching voice is to teach you about the mechanics of YOUR unique voice in order to incorporate a healthy technique in whatever style you wish to sing. I'm passionate about vocal pedagogy and I want students, (like you!), to understand how your voice functions. Having a healthy technique helps support beautiful sounds, prolongs the longevity of your voice, and helps you prepare and sing your best. Together, we can explore the amazing sounds that come from your voice and unfold its possibilities! I do require initial consultations via Zoom for us to meet and get to know each other so that I can provide the best lessons for you based on your personal music goals, your experience, and what you hope to gain from your lessons. Going forward in our lessons, we can also explore the fundamentals or music and keyboard basics so that you attain basic music skills that will help you during your practice time. For lessons based in Los Angeles, I can travel up to 15 miles (mileage fee required) or via Zoom. I offer single lessons or monthly packages (1 lesson/week) with a discount.
